Magpul PTS ACR full auto not working! Help appreciated!

I've looked around on the web already and have not found any answers.
Maybe someone here knows something or has read up on it.
The gun in semi-automatic works great, when I switch to full auto I am lucky if I get a burst before it just reverts back to semi auto with the selector switch still positioned in full auto.
If anyone knows why this is happening I would greatly appreciate some insight in how to fix this.
